Over the last few weeks, many of our friends from across the country have joined the final push to preserve the 146-acre Funkhouser Farm at Fisher's Hill - raising over $74,000! No other place on the Fisher's Hill Battlefield saw more fighting and now we are locked in the last moments of our fight for the same ground.
We have a little less than $15,000 left to go if we are going to reach our $89,000 goal. If we can pull together these final funds, we can pay off this project and preserve the Funkhouser Farm forever. We are making deals to preserve battlefield tracts from one end of the Valley to the other and our next project announcement will be hitting your mailboxes in the coming weeks.
